Help in determining service calculation.

I am looking for some help in determing service size for 16 unit assisted care facility. 13,579 square feet, 192 amp air conditioning load, 4 washing machines, each unit will be equipped with a microwave at approx. 1000 watts, each units lighting load will not exceed 11 amps, the commen areas lighting load is 121 amps.

Follow the steps in article 220.
You have most of the information that you need. Lighting load will be based on the square footage. Is there any heating load?
