I am coming out a disconnect and feeding a 200 amp disconnect, about 100 feet underground, also have to mount a plug for a welder, I want to give a good price but don't want to screw myself either, whats a good method for pricing

There are really two many variables to say. Depends on how much you want to make, how much you need to make, how much other work you have, how much you are accustomed to making, what your market is like, etc. Some guys will work for $35/hr and others will calculate their time at $125/ hr and throw some profit on top of that.....
