Help Sizing Motor Circuit

I have a client that wishes to install a submersible pond pump to break up surface ice for duck hunting.
The motor is 120v 1350 run watts, 4800 startup watts. Unfortunately I have not been able to get detailed information or a nameplate from the manufacturer.
As an added bonus the pond is 630' from the nearest power source. Any recommendations on how to safely calculate the wire and breaker size would be greatly appreciated.
 
1350W / 746 W/HP = 1.8HP, so call it 2HP. NEC Table 430.248 for 2HP 115V says that you use 24A for the FLC to calculate the cable size and since you don't have data, the breaker size too.

Breaker size can be up to 250% of the FLC, so anywhere up to 60A, so long as the motor is thermally protected. If not, you have to add an OL relay or Manual Motor Starter to the circuit to protect it. If you do that, I would go with the max breaker size to avoid nuisance tripping.

Conductor must be 125% of FLC, so size the conductor for 30A, then adjust up for distance by calculating the voltage drop of 24A at 630ft (plus the depth to which the pump is going to be set). You might want to consider using a higher voltage and put a transformer out near the pond. The wire would have to be ridiculously large for 25A at 630ft. I get 1/0 copper cable for 24A at that distance,#4 if it is 12A @ 240V and if you can step it up to 480V (6A), it drops to #10.

JUST the pump motor; why not simply use a 32V boost transformer and the #10 for 30A? (Engineer here, not electrician)
