What two wires are going to the display on the door? Looks like the red and the white (#10021 or #20071). You would need to provide 120 volts to those two wires to power the display. The neutral on VN or V and the line side of the two amp fuse for the hot leg.

Everything looks right to me. I seem to remember a problem with a fuse holder or a loose wire maybe. It was a solid 5 years ago. Check connections.

The 2 amp fuse is for powering the logic display. He'll need to figure out which of the neutrals #10021 or #20071 go along with the red conductor. The 120 volt hot goes to the line side of the fuse.

The neutral on the fuse appears to be with the circuit being monitored my guess is that goes on neutral block 'VN'.
The meter should be powered off an auxiliary power source that lands on the 2A fuse and the neutral block 'N'.
I dont see the auxiliary power source pulled in.

I missed that. 100%. I remember now. He needs to put the neutral on VN. And pull in the 120 voltw with the line on the 2a fuse, the neutral on the N and the Ground on the G to the right of the fuse block.
