Help with 110.26 (A) (1)

I have two panels both above 151. These two panels face each other. There is no guarding between them other then the enclosure doors. Would this be condition 3 requiring 4 feet? Would this be condition 3 and would require 4 feet for each panel, thus requiring 8 feet between. Everyone had different ideas on this and each time I get a different answer.

It's Condition 3; but they may "share" their workspace. Only 4' is necessary-unless 110.26(C)(2) is also in play.

I have two panels that the doors will open into each other, both are above 151 volts. Is this condition 3 and if so will this require 4 feet or 8 feet?

That should not be an issue as long as each panel has clearance in front and a minimum 48" The other panel, if not obstructed, will not affect the space requirement
