Help with 517

As I understand it, a doctors exam room would be required to be compliant with article 517 because it meets the definition of Patient Care Area. My question is, is the use of "hospital grade" recepts required? Where I get tripped up is, there are no beds as described in 517.18(B). Just an exam table. Any help?

See the definition of "patient bed location" at the begining of 517.

Hospital grade receptacles aren't required for a doctors office unless (on some off chance) there is a critical care procedure table.
