Help With Blood Electrolsis diagram please!

I'm having trouble finding much in the way of documentation on this suppressed device but was wondering if anyone could understand the instructions on it.

B1: Filament type incandescent bulb, 6.3V 0.075A type 7377
(Ballast & current limiter)
Relay: 5V 50 ohm coil, PCB mount DPDT; Selecta Switch SR15P207D1
D3 & D4: Zener Diodes, 18V 1/2 watt NTE 5027A
R5: 100k ohm 1/2 watt linear potentiometer, Caltronics P-68 or equivalent
LED 1 & 2: combined as Bicolor red & green in same housing,
Radio Shack # 276-412
SW2: "Test" SPST momentary on subminiature push-button,
Radio Shack # 275-1571

What does black helicopters have to do with creating a device that can pulse 50 to 100 micro amperes into nodes? Just asking for help with what the diagram means, its not a blueprint for a helicopter, if that is what you mean/

Beck Blood Electrifier

The circuit is a device to separate a fool from its money, with the extremely unlikely possibility of removing said fool from the gene pool.

The relay is used as a simple DPDT mechanical inverter, producing square wave AC from DC. The timer circuit (7555 plus passives and transistor) cause the relay to pulse on and off and controlling the timing of the AC. The LEDs and zeners are there to produce pretty lights; the back to back zener diodes will always conduct, and thus do nothing. The resistors in this circuit are there to hopefully limit current.

Likely this circuit will do nothing other then deliver a mild shock. Positioned correctly, with very low resistance electrodes and the pot turned to minimum resistance, the 27V via the 1K resistor could deliver enough current to cause heart problems.
