Help with classification

I have a quick question about a propane fill station classification. The location of the tank is outdoors. It's completely level ground, no pits or anything of that nature. I will be setting a xproof motor for a pump, so trucks can load an unload their tanks at a faster rate. I keep bouncing back and forth from a class 1 div 1, to a class 1 div 2.

The pump will be set just in front of the nose of the tank.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, let me know if there is any other information needed.

I would start with a sketch of your layout. You will probably need it to comply with Section 500.4(A) anyway. After that, compare the layout with Article 515; especially Section and Table 515.3.
