Hi, everyone am new to the site have looked over some posts and learned a few things, and looking for a little help with a Relamp for parking lot lighting and 4 building lights,all together 13 lights, also some may need a ballast, whats a fair price for labor (2) partson site,lift on property weather is (crap) lighting old, any retail guys out their have an idea

They want a bid? Or is this T&M? I normally do lights as T&M plus price for bucket truck, but you say they have a lift on site.
Since some need ballasts, and some need only lamps, and the fixtures are old, I'd just do the whole shebang while I'm up in the air. Change them all to Metal Halide, and they'll think you're the God of Electricity. Take some Windex and paper towels up with you too and wash the diffusers while you're at it. Makes all the difference in the world.
Add up customer's retail cost of ballast, lamp, few wire nuts, couple black zip ties, and 30 minutes labor for each fixture, and you'll have your price.
