Hey guys I'm just starting to do some stuff on nights and weekends for my own company and am just getting into pricing and the like. Anyway I roughed in a game room for a guy and came up with a change order to relocate 4 switches.

Labor 3 hours 1 guy.

6 Raco 601
50'-14-3
4 sq. ext ring
4 sq. box
2 gang mudring
5 romex conn.
20 stackers
2 pair of t straps

I just want to get an idea of if I am in the right ball park. Thanks

Thanks guys, I came up with 475 so I know that I am least in the right area. I just don't want to under charge.

You as a company or as an individual? I may take in $150/hour, but I sure don't get to pocket $150/hour.

Compaines charging $150 an hour are most likely just able to pay $30 an hour in wages when all the overhead abnd operating expenses are cleared.

Okay, then I'll do it for $425. ;)

That is OK by me to be beat by a few dollars.

Problem is that lately there's always some guys that's way lower then the rest.

Prices like this.........550,510,500,435,425,410.............and then there's mister I'll do for $175.

Old saying used to be finishing second is the same as finishing last.

Does that count when the crazy #'s win??
