I need to do a quick fill calculation and never had to do one using the cable diameter before. I’m using Belden 1118a (single pair shielded). I looked for sizing info on their website and they said the diameter is 0.300in

So how do I use that for circular mills conduit fill calculation.

That's close to the size of #1 THHN.

And through experience I only fill conduits to no more than 25 percent with type TC cable.

They seem to have a higher jam factor

Yes my delima was wether I could use a standard size 2”seal (25%fill capacity) or have to use a big bulky expanded seal, thankfully I can use a standard 2”seal and cut it in without having to rework the rest of the conduit run.
