Help with the Aptitude test in Mass

I am trying to get into the electricians union as an apprentice, I have an in, but the guy told me I need to take the aptitude test S-72R77, how and where do i sign up for this test, how often do they administer it? Any info will help

When I went through this process it was done at the union hall itself. (I did not join however.)
