Good day all,
I am In process to bid a Desgin-build project for a Hair Salon Academy or school in a mall with around 8,400 SF of Tenant Space.
The required loads are as follow,
(36) Styling station (20A/120V ded. cir./ea. sta.) for 1500 W hair dryer.
I assume all hair dryer could be used at the same time.
(20) 20A/120V ded. cir. in a Class Rm. perhaps for dryer use like above.
(6) Chair Hair Dryers (20A/120V ded. cir.) dryers rated 1500W/ea.
(4) Clothes Washers, 1500W/ea
(4) Clothes Dryers ( 30A/208V cir.) 5000W or VA.
(2) 100 Gal. Hot Water Heater 9 elements /ea and rated 54 KW each.
I assume both WH could be used at the same time.
I am assuming all loads mentioned above could be used at the same time.
Do you think the demend Factor could be apply for any of these loads? If so, please give me a ref. where to look for. Thank you in advance for your help and reply.
