Help with writting a QA/QC plan

We have this NYC DEP project that we are being buried with paper work. One of the items is a Quality Control/Quality Assurance plan I have to write. Does anyone have a sample that they would mind sharing?

You should hire someone. QA manuals are not easy to develop. Have they sent you an outline of what they want?
Ours is 234 pages.

Agreed. Call Pro Safety, John Mc Carthy, 914-654-4870. They (DEP) will want it to be job specific so what someone else has will be of no use to you.
