now i must modify all that to 400 amp ( meter , desconective with fuses and internal panel)

which is price ( labor) for that work?

If you are a student of the electrical trade, you should be getting that information from your teacher, the qualified electrician under whose supervision you are working. If you are trying to do this kind of work on your own, without supervision, then I don't think the Forum rules are going to allow us to help you.

If you are not a qualified, experienced electrician I would discourage you from attempting this project yourself, but the labor cost for that job is exactly $650. Add $133.75 for the electrical permit.

Its agasinst the law in the state of Florida to perform electrical work without a contractors license and required insurance...

Be very careful, you don't want to find yourself in jail, a hospital, or worse - the morgue...

i beg to differ....it would be $685.67 +tax and permit....

but at that labor rate, material would be $8,386.59
