Hi/Low voltage in same box

My boss has been installing CAT5 and Coax cables
into double gang boxes along with a 120 volt
receptacle. He says there is no code stating
that you can't do that. Do you guys know of any codes that I can show him?

They make dividers for plastic boxes so you can do this in a code-compliant manner.

He can continue this practice as long as he starts to install dividers in the boxes.

Thank you. You've both been very helpful.
I will try to find the barriers for future
installations. I should be able to find them
at a electrical supply store hopefully.
