HID safety chian

Hi guys when did the NEC remove the requirement that HID fixtures in an commercial/industial building not have safety chain attached to each fixture in addition to it means of support?
(or) Am I just looking and not seeing. :( Searched NEC ART. 410 Thanks Mike (Michigan)

Thanks Tom, I had seen it somwhere and used it in the past (about 4 years ago). Thought it was seen in the NEC. Mike (Michigan) :D
