hidden electrical boxes

is it a code violation for electrical boxes on a boat ( a Sea Ray 370 ) i have a boat & recently found 2 electrical boxes behind the ref.The only way to access this are to remove the ref or remove the electrical stove.can not find it in the code.

The NEC does not cover boats but it would probably be compliant if it did.
