In large performing arts building we are measuring 45 - 88khz noise at 34-185 millivolts between an isolated ground, equip ground and neutral. this is consistent throughout building. Everything appears connected, bonded properly. THis building sits in flight path and within 1 mile of major airport and adjacent to light rail (less than 50') tracks that have overhead catanary lines . Building has a large metal roof and a lot of other exposed steel. Could we be picking up High Freq from airport radar, or light rail lines? Or do I have something at the building that I am missing?
Thanks for any help. This noise is driving amplifiers in bldg nuts.
