Hi All,
Does anyone have any experience with monitoring equipment with a high ground leakage current?
Without getting in to too much detail, some equipment we are trying to monitor and ultimately protect, may have a ground leakage current of 20-100 mA.
Ideally, if this equipment was at a steady 50mA leakage current, we could easily isolate this and disconnect the equipment at 55mA or another preset value.
But, if the leakage current is fluctuating with the operation of the equipment, is there a way to monitor this effectively?
Any input is greatly appreciated.
Tim Gregg.
