Merry christmas to all,does the NEC allow high voltage and low voltage to be in the same manhole? also if both run under ground what is the minimum distance apart that they should be.

We will have to define what high and low voltage is.
I believe IEEE-141-1993 Table 3-3 considers low voltage to be 0-1000 volts.

The NEC does not use the terms "low voltage" and "hing voltage".
What voltages are we talking about?

LOW VOLTAGE 50V ac to 1000V ac,HIGH VOLTAGE above 1000V ac .These are voltages between any conductor and earth.
