Can you run 120 volts through same conduit as speaker wires with no interferance if all the wire ran in conduit is THHN 600 volt rated or does the speaker wire have to be speaker wire in seperate conduit.
 
Can it be done with no intereference - likely.

Can it be done and comply with NEC - likely not.

Chances are the speaker circuit is a power limited circuit and not allowed to be run with power circuits.
 
The output on the amplifier would need to be class 1 but the instructions probably tell you it's not permissible.
