Never mind!! it's a 230KV transmission line and ACSR bare conductors are used. This is for a transit line project.

if I were to be a jack@$$ my response would be if you are asking what determines ampacity (only one of many factors, Z, spacing, fault and lightening flashover) of a 230 kv line, perhaps you should seek consultation of one experienced in said design
but not is such a politically correct way
