I have a doctors office with 277 v lighting and 120/208 v for everything else.I have 2 oulets (208v 3 wire)side by side fed from 2 different panels .Hot to hot reads 238v ,one hot to grd 120 v , the other 147 v .The voltage leaving the 2 pole breakers is 209 v .All other votages are OK . What 's up ??
