I read a bunch of it, until I couldnt stand it anymore. Definitely very alarmist and greatly exaggerates the negatives of the MGN system.

LOL yeah, people are dying left and right here in central NY where its pretty much all ungrounded. Most people dont even go outside its so bad!

That was a 2003 conference paper:
IEEE Industry Applications Society 50th Annual Petroleum and Chemical Industry Conference
So it may not have been peer reviewed.
