Can I use HMCP as a feeder.
Also I’m looking for cable size calculation for the branch.

You can use an HMCP as the short circuit protection for a motor circuit if it is part of a listed combination starter.

Conductor ampacity is determined according to article 430 just like any other motor circuit.

At least in the US. No idea what rules they have in Canada.

They can only be used as BRANCH protection for a listed combination starter assembly. A FEEDER is different, so the answer is no.
