Hello I am Mike SO California. My house was built in 1954 the cabling is #12 - 2 conductor no ground. The kitchen and a bath had a make over, a 100 amp sub panel was added and is grounded. dilemma Original panel with remaining home exists I have changed a lot of the electrical added wiring and cant seem to find a good ground. In the attic there are wires running along rafters with insulators I think for lightning strike. Is there reason for concern ? When I figure out the grounding.
I know rewiring remainder of home is best solution hope to avoid that.

Answers comments greatly appreciated

Mike
