On this job I had to add a couple of Lights and Recepts for a garage. So when I walked to the back of the mobile Home this is what I found first!

The home has been there since the 60's. It was a mess! The original home was a single wide. Currently it has had 4 additions, So what do we call that Lil?

Looks like stuff I used to see farmers drag out of their shed for me to hook up...
If your just looking for a name for the panel so you can patent it-
"Strange Brew" might do.

Do those 'jumpers' between the upper and lower buses count as one or two conductors in those lugs?

obviously, as it is only one wire, it is only one wire. didn't see a problem
there...

i do see a serious flaw in workmanship however... the cutout in the
panel cover was not primed or painted. this could cause the degradation
of the quality of the installation over time.

the local inspectors here would be all over that unpainted bare metal
in a heartbeat... they would make him prime and paint it before they
would sign it off.... and they would stand there and watch it dry to
make sure it was done right...
