Hey,
I am new in this forum. I am about to start wiring in our new bungalow. Now the thing you should that even though I am not an expert in electrical connections, I do know a bit about wiring. So, the panel is in the basement on the exterior wall. I contacted the electricians from Toronto who are doing the wiring. They suggested routing the cables together along the exterior wall, and to drill through the beams across the basement and splitting in between the beams to where the location of the device is, and then to drill through each floor at each outlet. This way everything would be fed to the basement!
Is this typical, because I have been to homes where they drive home runs to the attic first? Am I missing something? What are your thoughts on this?
Thank you.
