I am a new contractor looking to see if you guys now where i can get pre maid home service contract forms compliant for california work. Thanks for any info.

If you are located in California, ...you may want to call
around with some of the local insurance companies in
your area, to see if they have something.

Also, ...try searching on the "world wide web" for some Home
Service Contract forms........There are a lot of variables to
consider, and yours will be different from everybody else'.

Do you have an attorney that you can discuss this with ?

No lawyer yet. Still working for someone and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. Just doing research.
