Hi, I plan to take homeowner electrical exam in my home county, and they have four different kind of exams but I am looking at two of them, which are 1. Fixtures/outlets and 2. Heavy-up. Can anyone explain me what is "Heavy-up"? Is that like electric service upgrade? If so, what does it mean? The reason I plan to take this electrical exam is because I plan to finish my basement and do all electrical job there. There are already two existing electric service panels in my basement (each 200 AMP).
