#1. I need to combine some full size breakers 15 amp for lighting only using a tandem break. same number of circuits just freeing up a slot in the panel. Same amp and number of receptacles and devices
#2. put n a new breaker 220 / 15 amp. Does this have to be arc faults. F for a mini split unit
#3 wire from the new breaker to the cutoff panel near the outside unit ?
#4 connect the outside unit

f needed do i apply for the permit, get approval , do the work and then get inspected..
I have pro's that can watch me and perform inspections the make sure i am doing it right just want to follow the rules and afford it
