honeywell issue

I have this vista 15 that as soon as it arms, it powers the siren contacts, anyone else ever have this problem? its not a programming issue as its been in use for a few years now. any suggestion? I am thinking something fried but wouldnt mind an opinion or two.

The panel was de-powered during an alarm event.

If you know the master code, after power up and the alarm sounds, press in your code and 1 - this should silence the alarm and show you what was tripped.

Press your code and 1 again to clear the system and put it back into a ready state.

If you don't know the code, there are other options to attempt, prior to disposal...
