Hospice Receptacles

Are receptacles by the patient's bed in a hospice required to be on emergency power? Are they required to be hospital grade?
 
Did you look at the definition of heath care facility and hospital in Art 517? In Washington we have state rules with more clarification. You may want to check with your AHJ.
 
I am with Tom on this one. I don't really know what a hospice is, and what sorts of activities take place there. So I would start by determining whether the definitions in article 517 apply to the facility under discussion.
