Is it still required to have 2 grounds for installation of a Hospital Grade Receptacle in a patient care area of a hospital? I can't seem to find it in the code. Maybe it's in the Health Care Facility code book. Help!!

Yes and it is not limited to the "patient care areas."

What is meant by "two grounds"? EGC and receptacle jumper to metal box or 2 EGC's? Thanks in Advance.

It is commonly referred to as a "redundant ground". 517.13(A) requires that the metallic raceway or sheath of the wiring method used be recognized as an EGC in 250.118, 517.13(B) requires an insulated EGC also be used

A ground that is connected to the outlet is isolated from the box. You would use an other method to ground the box.
Buck, the requirements of 517.13 actually require the two EGC's be connected in the box, 517.13 is not talking about "isolated EGC's".
