Where exactly are we required to install "Hospital Grade" Receptacles?

In patient bed locations of article 517 areas is the only place I know of that you must use them.

It states this in 517.18 (B) Patient Bed Receptacles. "All receptacles, wether four or more shall be listed hospital grade and so identified.

Be sure to watch out for equipment labels. I had a job a few years ago where an exam table for a school?s nurse office had several labels indicating the table must be connected to a hospital grade outlet. So we had to put a hospital grade outlet in to meet the requirements of the equipment.
