Hospital grade receptacles

Something an inspector mentioned today got me thinking,are hospital grade receptacles allowed to be installed in cut in gem boxes secured to drywall?

Not a particular concern however, HG receptacles do grip the plug pretty tight.

Thanks Roger ,the inspector "hoped I wasn't using Madison bars" which I'm not,ant I couldn't find anything in 517 so just wanted to double check.
