Hospital in CA NEC help

Looking to find out if the following is allowed for a Hospital located in CA, also where in the NEC does it mention the situation below.

New Paralleling switchgear with a 2000 Amp distribution breaker feeding an existing distribution board which feeds Life Safety, Critical, & Equipment Loads. greater than 150kVA

OSHPD controls hospitals in CA. You would need to talk to them. Hospitals are not inspected by local jurisdictions.
