Hospitals vs Nursing home and Limited Care vs Other Health Care Facilities

In the 2014 and versions prior to that as well, there was
517.30 - Hospitals
517.40 - Limited Care and Nursing Homes
517.45 - Other Health care facilities

Life was easy, you went by 30 for hospitals, 40 for nursing homes and 45 for MOB's.

Now, in 2017 we have
517.29 Hospitals and Other Health Care Facilities
517.40 - Limited Care and Nursing Homes
517.45 Other Health Care Facilities

Why did they add "Other Health Care Facilities" to the title of the first categories? It's not immediately care what they're trying to tell us here.

In the older codes, Other Health Care Facilities with life support, or critical care areas, or facilities with generators always referred back to 517.30

My guess is that they have just added "Other health care facilities" because of that.
