Hot tub disconnect. Main panel ok?

I’m installing a hot tub on my rear deck. It will be 7’ away from my main panel. Directly in line of site but over the 5’ minimum distance. Can I just feed the hot tub from a GFCI breaker in the main panel or do I need a second means of disconnect?

Side note, I would install a large permanent phenolic label on the panel cover stating “HOT TUB DISCONNECT INSIDE” and label the breaker clearly.

Sounds like panel is inside so you'd need one anyway. Cost wise a spa panel is the same as gfi breaker in main and ac disconnect outside but it's more hassle in my opinion.

Then you can use the breaker in the panel as your disconnect.
