Hot tub disconnect

I have a single family dwelling hot tub to install and there is a outside panel that that is the service disconnect for the house it is 10 ft from the tub and within sight. Is it code compliant to install a gfci breaker in that panel for the disconnecting means? Or do I need a dedicated spa panel?

I see no reason a GF breaker in the service panel would not be compliant.

I agree with Gus. You only need the one disconnect
