I assume the required maintenance disconnect mounted within sight of a packaged hot tub could also meet the requirements of emergence disconnect for a commercial location if properly labeled. Is this a correct assumption? :rant::rant::rant:

If it meets all the requirements of being readily accaesable I would say yes.
