Hot tub load calculations

When doing load calculations for a single family dwelling (either standard or optional methods) what is a 9500 VA hot tub calculated at? Is it with appliances? Is it taken at 100%? Article 680 isn't too clear on this nor is 220.

9500va divided by 220 volts = 43amps +25% = 54amps =60 disconnect & breaker, with ground fault.

I would in a standard calculation, include the load per 220.14 (A) @ 100%. However, If the A/C compressor is not the largest motor and the hot tub motor is, I would add the 25% of the motor. Also assuming that the hot tub motor is the largest motor on the feeder.

If using the optional method, meeting 220.82 (A) requirements, I would use 100% and include it as part of 220.82 (B) (4).

The bulk of the load in most hot tubs is not from the motor(s), but from the heating element(s).
