Hot tub near meter?

This is my first thread!
I'm wiring a hot tub that has been placed approximately 8' from the service meter and don't see anything in NEC 680 that speaks to this. Has anyone run into inspectors having a problem with the meter being this close? Thanks folks!

Not a problem as far as I know. Anything more than 5' is not an issue
