Hot tub service disconnect exterior

Can the service disconnect be in form of lockable beaker lock. Or even in tub enclosure itself
Dwelling /residential. It is on our deck and owner won’t like it visible if possible
 
As I read it the disconnect shall be within sight and not more than 50 feet, therefore, mounting a disconnect under the tub would be compliant, IMO...

Is permanent locking type mechanism on breaker accepted. In lieu of disconnect by tub. They let u do it on dishwasher installs. If hardwired
Think same principle applies
