Running wire from main in basement, outside to disconnect for hot tub. 60a square d breaker in main. Run is approx. 107 ft. To disconnect which will have a 50a for hot tub and a 20 a breaker for outlet for general use. Not sure on wire size. Did the math and for that run the voltage drop with #6 thhn is about 2.7%. Going to run thhn through basement in emt to out side in sch. 40 to disconnect. Breakers are rated 60/75 deg. So I sized the wire according to nec table for 75 degrees. I can’t get the electrical inspector in my area to get back to me so I’m relying on the forum. Is #6 going to pass inspection or should I go to #4. Also concerned about the distance. Just a side note doing it myself is saving me approx. $950 from what I was quoted. Thank you very much for any answers!
