Can you use the same circuit for a hotel bathroom (no cooking facilities except microwave) receptacle, that is being used for the rest of the room (bathroom lights, living area lights and receptacles)?

I would say not. Bathroom receptacles must be on their own dedicated 20A circuit. Lighting would usually be on 15A circuits.
But doesn't 210.11(C)(3) only apply to dwellings? If the hotel room doesn't have provisions for cooking, isn't it not a dwelling?
Is said 'bath circuit' feeding an NEC-defined bathroom?
