Upcoming motel project has six rooms with complete kitchens plus common laundry. 2 washers and 2 dryers plus 2 water heaters also p tac units in each room. Of course cost is an issue with load calc comes to around 450 amps. doin 100 amp panels in each space so this thing is like an apartment but with only one meter. Question is I wanna do 3 200 amp panels but questioning have 2 hundred amp breakers plus prob a washer n dryer in each 200 amp panel
