Hotel Unit Sub Panel Feeder Reductions

Currently bidding a design build 84 unit extended stay hotel that will have 100A single phase panel in each room and was wondering if section 310.15(B)(7)(2) applies?

I think it hinges on whether each unit meets the definition of "dwelling unit." I have spent some time at an extended stay facility. It had a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. That would qualify it as a dwelling unit. In that is the case for your facility, my answer to your question would be yes.
