House and Garage on Seperate Service with Three Way Switches

If we have a house and detached garage on seperate services is there any way to have three way switches at each and be code compliant?

Feed the three-way switches at the garage. This will work as long as the garage is sub-fed from the house. If there are two separate services (one for the house and one for the garage) see M.D.'s post for a possible solution.

225.37, Exception 2 does not exclude with separate services, so it looks like no plaque is needed.
